So I have finally decided to update my dead blog. Haha! No emo post now. Because I’m in a VERY good mood. :D
So yesterday was Friday the 13th, which is supposed to be a bad day right? WRONG!
Because Taylors College Sri Hartamas celebrated Teacher’s Day today! :D I know teacher’s day in school is more to the boring side, and only performances, but hell no. At least not at my college! ;)
So, the day started at 6 a.m. Woke up freakishly early to get started on making my mashed potatoes because seeing as our class decided on pot luck, I’m contributing homemade mash potatoes. I was initially supposed to wake up at 5, but me being lazy and all, I ended up waking up at 6 and started to make my mash potatoes. Took me awhile to make them cause they took a long time to soften when I was boiling them. Still, it came out the way I wanted it to. :D
Bathed and went to college. Didn’t bring my mash cause my mom would be making a personal delivery later cause cold mash wouldn’t be very nice right? :D Went to college and had our lessons as usual. The whole lot of us was pretty excited about because we prepared so many good food and Azim brought his WII while Selva brought his PS3, ready to be connected to our class projector and playing it. Cool right?
So yea, our last lesson was econs, and our teacher only took 5 minutes to finish up pending exercises because we all begged him to let us off early. Thank goodness he agreed to it. :D So yea, we all started rearranging the tables and chairs and getting ready the food and all, playing some awesome music on loud speakers. Because our classroom was dubbed as the “fishbowl classroom” (all the walls are glass, so people could see everything inside), it was even more awesome. Everybody stopped by to look at us, because honestly speaking; our class was the most happening class.Who would have thought to bring WII and PS3? LOL! EVERYBODY stopped to look at our class.
What’s funny is that all our lecturers came to our class at the same time, which made it a lot easier for us. :D My mom delivered the mash and we all started distributing food to our lecturers. Everyone praised my mash potato! /smug. So yea, Ben brought 4 bottles of sparkling champagne, so we popped a couple of bottles. Played WII games all excitedly and taking lots of pictures with Azim’s awesome DSLR. Lots of laughing and fun. I mean, even Ms Marini (legal lecturer) tried playing tennis on WII! XD
Ah well, I’m already lazy to write more. All in all, yesterday was one of the best Friday the 13th everrr! Yes, we all have our Legal common test 2 on Monday, but we all had a lot of fun yesterday. No doubt about it. :D
